REFUND POLICY
At IncSight, we strive to provide the highest level of service and client satisfaction. Our goal is to build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional accounting, tax, and advisory support. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund policy:
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are typically not provided once the service has been rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Tax preparation and filing
• Advisory consultations and strategic planning sessions
• Bookkeeping and accounting services
• Subscription and service plan fees
However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of IncSight management if:
• A clear error has been made on our part in the delivery of services
• Services were not delivered as agreed upon in the engagement letter
𝟮. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
• Submit a formal refund request within 30 days of the service being rendered
• Clearly state the reason for the request and provide any supporting documentation
• Demonstrate that the issue is due to an error on our part or failure to deliver the agreed-upon service
𝟯. 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
• The client fails to provide required documentation or timely responses
• The client’s expectations differ from the agreed-upon scope of work
• Refund requests are made beyond the 30-day period after service completion
𝟰. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀
If you are enrolled in one of our monthly or annual subscription plans, cancellations may be made at any time. However:
• Refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual plan will not be issued
• You may continue to access plan features until the end of the current billing cycle
𝟱. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
